With everything else on your mind, being current with the latest manufacturing techniques can be a challenge. That’s the whole idea behind Gosigerfest 2017. It’s an opportunity to learn about developing technologies and production methods that can help you stay ahead of the competition and improve your bottom line.
Technical seminars will cover a range of subjects, including:
- Lights-out Production, presented by Caron Engineering. Those with experience know that running lights-out requires a great deal of up-front planning about machining methods, CNC machine capabilities and more. Once you’re up and running, however, how do you monitor performance to maximize efficiency? In this
seminar you’ll learn about in-process tools, automation and data analysis that will help you refine your unattended process. (Thursday, September 21) - Programmable Parts Washing explains how you can clean a variety of parts, from those with simple geometry to more complex parts with blind holes, cross-holes and ID threads with one versatile, environmentally-friendly and cost-effective machine. Presented by Gosiger High Volume Division. (Thursday, September 21)
- Rotary Table Integration by Koma Precision explains how to add a 5th axis to your Vertical Machining Center (VMC) or 5th/6th axis to your Horizontal Machining center (HMC). (Wednesday, September 20)
Other seminars will address live tooling (Velocity), high-speed machining (ESPRIT), PrimeTurning (Sandvik), and high-pressure coolant (MP Systems). Seating is limited, so reserve your spot now by registering online (or via email to connie.laplante@gosiger.com) for Gosigerfest 2017.
